MY BOYS
A mothers sons are her pride and joy!
From the time the doctor announces it's a baby boy.
I counted your fingers and all of your toes.
Laughed at the first time you wiggled that cute little nose.
Through hours of crying and moments of laughter.
Sleep becomes something that every mother is after.
Then come the days when you begin to crawl.
Sometimes you try to stand up but always you fall.
Finally you talk and walk on your own.
I can't stop thinking "My God how you've grown!"
School days are here and your on your way!
My babies are big boys today!
When you are men and have families of your own.
Love and teach your children don't leave them alone.
I love you my sons! So remember this,
This poem I write to you both, is sealed with a kiss!
