BLIZZARD OF 99
They said the snow was coming, but who really knew,
that the Blizzard Of "99" would come screaming through!
Mother Nature struck Rochester with a great big blow,
and on top of us dumped 24.3 inches of snow.
Driving on the expressway was impossible by far,
as hundreds of people became stranded in their cars.
Television and radio became our new friend,
as we watched and waited for the storm to finally end.
One day to clean up is all that we get.
Another storm is coming! Winter isn't over yet!
Five to eight inches more is what they are saying,
So...
If you live in Rochester, New York you better start praying!
