Hello my name is Darla. I was born in New Jersey, although I never lived there because we were just passing through.... I am 33 years old and partly Hawaiian, my mom is from Kauai, this picture is of my youngest son and me his name is Alex, he is 3 years old. (Now)... I live in Washington State and I am married and have been for 12 years to the love of my life.... His name is Troy.... we have a wonderful family life together. We have 4 children Ashlee, Adam, Austin and the baby Alex.... I love my family they are my whole reason for living! :)

I would also like to add that my 10-year-old son, who was 3 at the time, was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor called Medulloblastoma. He had radiation and surgery to get rid of the cancer. He has had a 99% percent removal; he is happy and carefree these days minus a few medical issues. I would be happy to chat about it if any one out there is having worries about their children's health. We are now a poster family for the Children's Hospital and Medical center in Seattle. SMILEY 100 years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove. But the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child!!!!
