AVAILABLE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS

We at No Nonsense Website Design realize products, prices and company information changes frequently. We take pride in our customer service and provide maintenance towards any updates or changes needed to a site. Whether these changes and updates are needed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, No Nonsense Website Design will assist in your organizations needs.

Package prices include: minor updating for the period chosen. Minor price changes, product changes, etc. It does not include major changes, such as changing newsletter content (which essentially involves constructing a new webpage), which is billed at our hourly rate. Our maintenance services are available in three methods:

Pay as you go: under this plan our services are available at $125.00 per hour.

Monthly: If you require multiple changes over the course of a month. Each agreement is based upon four hours maximum of HTML and graphic maintenance per month provided to existing pages within a site (with the exception of a total makeover to the site.)

Yearly: If you require multiple changes over the course of a year, this can be the most economical. Allowing up to three total hours maximum per month "with no carry over" of HTML and graphic maintenance provided to existing pages within a site (with the exception of a total makeover to the site.)

When a change is required, simply contact us via  e-mail and we will begin changes within three to five business days.
